These Terms of Use govern your use of tuuya.eu (the “Website”), operated by Edex SIA. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

“TUUYA” is a brand of Edex SIA. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Edex SIA.
2. What this Website is
The Website is an informational and enquiry site for our timber products and services: solid and mass-timber houses, A-frame house kits, glulam structures, saunas, and wooden windows and doors. It presents our work and lets you contact us about a project.
The Website is not an online shop. There is no shopping cart, no online payment and no online checkout. Nothing on the Website can be bought or ordered online.
3. Enquiries are not orders
When you send us an enquiry (through the project form, WhatsApp, Telegram, email or by phone), you are making a request for information or a quotation. This does not create a binding contract and does not oblige either side to anything.
Any order for our products is agreed and concluded separately and offline, in a written quotation and contract signed by both parties. Only that signed contract governs a purchase; these Terms govern only your use of the Website.
4. Product information
Photographs, illustrations, cutaway drawings, renders, dimensions, technical figures, wood species and any prices shown on the Website are indicative and for general guidance. They describe the type of product we make, not a specific offer. The exact specification, performance figures and price of your project are confirmed only in a written quotation for your opening, drawings and site.
We take care that the information is accurate, but we do not warrant that every detail is complete, current or error-free at all times.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Website (text, photographs, illustrations, drawings, renders, floor plans, the TUUYA name and logo, and the design of the Website) is owned by Edex SIA or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share links to the Website for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website. In particular, you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, harvest data with automated tools, submit false or unlawful information through our forms, or use the Website in any way that breaks applicable law.
7. Links and third-party channels
The Website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, maps and social media. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
8. Privacy and cookies
Personal data you send us through the enquiry form or other channels is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. The Website’s use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy.
9. Liability
The Website is provided “as is”. Except where prohibited by mandatory consumer-protection law, including for consumers residing in the EU/EEA, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website, or from reliance on indicative information that has not yet been confirmed in a written quotation. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it cannot be excluded under law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, and any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under Latvian and EU law remain unaffected.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which an EU consumer resides. Consumers in Latvia may also refer disputes to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC, ptac.gov.lv) and, for data-protection matters, to the Data State Inspectorate (DVI, dvi.gov.lv).
